I' am a Technical Support engineer for cloud and on-prem solutions. I have a strong background in IT and have been working in the industry for over 10 years now. I have experience in cloud computing, networking, and security. I am also a certified AWS Solutions Architect and have experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC. I am a quick learner and am always looking to expand my knowledge and skills. I am a team player and work well with others. I am also a good communicator and am able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand. I am passionate about technology and am always looking for new and innovative ways to use technology to solve problems and improve processes.
